Areas of Expertise

I offer Psychoanalytic/ Psychodynamic Psychotherapy & Counseling to help individuals gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Through this process, clients can develop a deeper understanding of themselves and work towards personal growth. A primary objective in our journey is to identify self-limiting patterns, heal from past experiences, and gain insight into the ways the unconscious influences our behavior. The ultimate aim is to achieve a sense of wholeness through self-discovery and the cultivation of healthy, fulfilling relationships.

Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Relational Psychoanalysis, founded by Steven Mitchell in the United States, presents a new model of psychoanalysis that shifts the focus towards relationships and patterns of interaction with others. Practically, its goal is to explore an individual's relational conflicts with significant others, as they are reflected in the relationship with the Analyst and the psychoanalytic setting, while adopting a modern perspective.

My Approach

Welcome to Shareapeutic! My main approach is the Psychoanalytic one, where I work relationally to help individuals and children explore the impact of their social relationships. I believe in providing a therapeutic relationship that models a healthy attachment, offering the opportunity for a corrective emotional experience and ultimately a secure base for my clients to explore the world.

I also work integratively with psychotherapeutic modalities.  Working integratively with psychotherapeutic modalities means that, together, we will explore and draw from different therapeutic approaches to create a treatment plan that truly fits you. I believe in meeting you where you are, so we can blend techniques from various schools of therapy—whether it’s psychodynamic, trauma-focused, or relational therapy—in a way that resonates with your unique experiences and challenges. Our work will focus on the relationship between us, as this connection can offer insights and healing, allowing us to build a supportive, flexible framework that aligns with your goals and fosters personal growth.
